Hi Lucy,
We've got a few of the Dew City. There are big differences between the Dew City and the Dew however and the Dew is significantly better quality and value.
There are also other brands that offer reliable hybrid bikes around this price too.
If you can drop in we'll run you through the options.
Cheers,
Bill

Hi all,

I dropped in to see Bill & Lewis at the shop and continued on to the baby shop down the road. I discovered that it is most likely only the Mico model (which is a capsule) which will fit. This is because the Gazelle mount uses the same system that the Mico uses to mount to a pram. If there are any other maxi cosis that mount to a pram then they might also work (looking at the UK website it seems the Pebble & CabrioFix seats might also work - www.maxi-cosi.co.uk - but not sure if they are available in Oz). NB I looked at the Mico and it is TINY - I doubt our 3.5 month (7kg) boy would fit in it.

Think I'll go for a seat on the back until little Ludo is big enough to sit in the 'bucket'.

Thanks Bill and Lewis for all your help!

Hi James and Dan,

I've been following this up with Maxi Cosy and with Gazelle and so far haven't got a definite answer.

I talked to Dan about this a few weeks ago and he's going to drop in soon. He's looking at an Opal model seat but from what I've been able to find it doesn't look like it has the same connector system.
Cheers,
Bill

Hey, nice fitout guys. Your photos have gone up a notch as well. I'd love a build like this with swept back bars to attempt an upright position, a la Dutch bicycle. Do you think it could be done with this frame (ie,geometry)? Any shots of this bike with a rider mounted? Would love to see the riding position.
